Shipping Times
I will try my best to get your items out and shipped to you as soon as possible. However, please be aware that I have other jobs/responsibilities alongside the store and therefore preparing and shipping your items may take longer than a retail store.
If you need your item by a certain time, please let me know and I will do what I can.
Returns and Refunds
If you need to return or refund a product, please either contact me via the contact form on this website or send me a message via Instagram. I will happily reach out to you and do what I can to return/refund the item.
Missing/Damaged Items
If there are missing/damaged items, please let me know again either via the contact form on this website or via Instagram. I will happily replace the item if I am able to. If the item is a one-off piece (such as some of my stickers), I can send you some freebies as an apology for the mistake.
If you are able to, please send me a photograph of the issue and a description of the damage. This will help me rectify the issue for future customers.
International Shipping
I am very new to international shipping, and will adjust my prices according to experience. I will do my best to get your products to you! If the price of shipping is more than what I advertise on the website, I will take responsibility for the cost.
This policy is the one most likely to change with experience so please keep an eye out if you are an international buyer.
